Room for rent, $1000 solo, $650 for couple

My wife and I rent a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home, and our rent was recently increased significantly overnight. Our current roommate cannot afford the new rent and is moving out at the end of July, so we are searching for a stable adult to rent the available room. It is $1000 per month for a single adult, or $650 per person for a couple. You would have your own bathroom, access to a washer/dryer, and all amenities shared within the household. Move-in date is October 1st, 2026. Only the first month's rent is required to move in; no deposit and nothing to sign. We don't do background or credit checks—no pets, children, or drugs.
