Large 12' x 20' Room with Private Entry

This is a 55 Community & a non- smoking home; a non-smoker is preferred. However, the room has a private entry from a covered patio outside your entry door, where my current roommate smokes at times. Your picture windows have a great view with plenty of natural light. Vertical blinds provide day sleeping (if desired). Adequate storage is provided, plus a desk, an overstuffed chair, TV, & large tall Bureau. The closet unit is about 8' long.
Good manners and kindness will always be extended, & it is hoped for in return. I'm friendly but private person, & seldom have guests. My service dog lives with me; he is a loving gentle giant (not a pet). Our other roommate of 2+yrs is also a kind & private woman. Similar persons only inquire, please.
