This house is part of a duplex. I have been here since last year but just went through a separation with my significant other and need a roommate.
Everything inside the house is updated: bathroom, kitchen, paint. Tile throughout. Huge backyard. In the middle of everything: shopping centers, restaurants, close to SCF and LECOM.
