House is older, has yard, off street parking and enclosed carport. Fenced backyard.

Both rooms have closet and built in drawers and comes with the use of the Kitchen and Living room, utilities and internet. Quite house for the most part with bus line at the end of the street. There are some house rules such as shoes off at door and courtesy in use of Kitchen by leaving it clean after use.

Looking for responsible, quite person that likes introverts. :) Share housework and act with courtesy towards one another.
