The place is located 2 minutes away from Tallahassee State College, 20 minutes away from FAMU, 10 minutes away from FSU by car.

I’m 30 and work as a radiation technologist. I’m generally clean and social, and I like learning to cook, crochet, and play video games. I keep shared spaces tidy and am respectful of others’ schedules and boundaries. I have four cats that share the house.

**Looking for:**
Someone who is responsible, communicative, and keeps things reasonably clean. Ideally, you’re a student or a professional, but I’m open as long as we’re a good fit. No smoking inside / pets are okay if they get along with cats or will be kept in your room, schedule can be made so they can also move around the house without the cats. Please let me know if you plan to have someone over. You will need a bed, but a study desk can be provided for your room.
