Available 12-7-19 with a lease ending 7-31-20.

$600 monthly rent per bedroom, first, last, security, $25 background check, references along with co-signor form is required for our college students.
Renters Insurance is also required (about $150 for #12 months)
No pets. No smoking. Private secure room, shared laundry, kitchen, family room and large screened in-ground pool.

A- No, our tenants are exclusively college students, no exceptions.

A- Everything is included, with a limit on electricity use per month.

Q- Are couples allowed?
A- Rooms are single occupancy, each tenant signs an individual lease agreement. (no couples)

Q- Can I refer friends, other students once I'm approved?
A- Yes, ask about our cash referral program, paid on move-in day!

Q- Do you promote/allow "Greek life" could this be a "frat or sorority house"?
A- No, our property is not part of Greek Life at FGCU or FSW. (no frat or sorority involvement)
