Utilities included electric AC kept at 78 degrees, no windows or doors to be left open. Additional expenses for electric use and water above capped amount listed separately. Internet included. Lawn, pool, and extermination is done by Owner. No pets. No smoking in the home or with doors open. Nor using electric can AC with doors or windows be open. Too hard on systems, and not practical or cost efficient for use-age. Background check, income and references required. ADT exterior security monitored.
