My lease is up for renewel and I'd really like to stay here. I'm looking for a roommate to join the lease of a 2/1 apartment. 5-10 minutes from FSW over in College Point.

Rent for the room is $600/ month + utilities (water, electric, internet)

Im 38, nonbinary, nerdy af. I like renn faires, LARP, d&d, etc.

Im typically quiet and keep to myself unless i vibe well with someone. I'm hoping to have a roommate I vibe with as the last time was just awkward.

Prefer a roommate with a nerdy vibe but as long as you clean up after themselves, and helps with weekly chores we'll get along. Non-smokers please. M*rijuana is okay though.

Please have no pets as the apartment already has two cats. Must like cats because they will try to love you.
