Great little condo just off College Pkwy in Fort Myers. You will have access to the entire condo except my bedroom. You have access to the pool, tennis and pickleball as well. Furnished, nautical theme. You can add to your room the same theme if you would like. One tenant only, no overnight guests unless approved by me and only occasional. This is a great place for a busy professional. There are two bathrooms but only one shower, so tenant must be courteous and clean. I will require that common areas be kept reasonably clean and fairly clutter-free. ALL appliances are new, including the water heater. A peaceful environment to thrive and rest. Tenant will have to pay application fee and for background check of $200 in addition to security deposit and first month's rent.
