Lease takeover available

I am urgently looking for a female with no pets to take over my lease which ends in January 2027 in Fort Myers. I was planning on moving on August 1, but plans changed with the person taking over the lease. I am looking on moving by September 1 or mid September with my sister to WPB but can move earlier. Rent is 899.27 + water, sewer and electricity. My roommate has a dog, that's why no pets but he is a sweet giant. You would get your own room with the lake view, bathroom, and walk in closet (big enough to fit a twin bed). The place has washer and dryer, dishwasher, and a huge balcony. This is perfect for anyone looking for a place for the fall semester as it is also 16-20 minutes away from fgcu. The community has a gym, pool, and available garages/storage units or parking spot that you can rent. You do have to apply with the community and it’s 85 dollars, and show proof of income. You can keep my deposit as it will transfer over to you and give you money by for the FPL and water and sewer for previous month I was in (for example if you move in September I will cover the utilities for September for which I stayed in).please send me a message to give you more info and photos of the room
