Beautiful clean 3/2 Home in Family Neighborhood on canal with 1200' lanai with sparkling pool!

I am a young 73 yo woman who has recently become an empty nester! With a split floor plan, there are 2 bedrooms (your choice) available. One is smaller, furnished with a bed and nightstand and overlooks the canal. The other is larger and completely empty if you would like to bring your own furniture!

You have access to lanai/pool, kitchen for light cooking, laundry area.

My home is generally quiet!

I am retired and wake up early to do tai chi and meditate in my own room so as not to disturb you.
