I am resigning my lease in July for the year looking for 2 people to take over 2 of the rooms I have available July 1 2026 you can be on the lease if you would like just cannot have any bad background or bad renting history (none is better than bad) my landlord is very cool and takes care of everything in a quick and timely manor I do not currently have photos of the rooms as they are currently occupied. Fenced in back yard driveway garage shared bathroom.
