Weekly lawn service, pest control, high-speed internet

Security cameras around property

Safe, quiet, drama-free neighborhood

Rooms are Small/Medium
1 full bed with furniture, TV, night stand, rocking recliner.

1 with king size bed, furniture, night stand, TV

✅ House Rules & Details:

Couples OK (I have 2 rooms, but prefer to rent 1 unless it's a great fit)

No dogs – I have 2 sweet kittens 🐱

No drugs, no heavy drinking

Smoking outside only

Must pass a background check

Clean up after yourself

Respectful of kids and guests (I’m a single mom of 2 awesome boys, one with special needs– ages 6 & 8). They can be a little rambunctious at times. (Boys 🙄) but in bed no later than 9p. m
