I live in a 2BR,1 bath condo alone. Previous roommate did not pay rent which is due the first of the month. The home is completely furnished and you will have access to use of kitchen and laundry. I am 5 minutes from Bonita Beach and 10 minutes from Barefoot beach. Our street is a dead end with wonderful neighbors. I am a retired Hospice RN and work 10-12 hours a week. I have a Snoodle named Peggy Sue and she is friendly and loves everyone. I am easygoing and enjoy Joy! We would split the power 3 ways as there is an apartment in the back with tenant that has lived here many years and stays to himself. My daughter, son in law and granddaughter live in adjoining house. There are pot friendly outside. You will love the place and area.
