2 rooms for women Only

Hi Im Maria , a single mom. i just moved to Cf last year with my fiancé , unfortunately last month , he suddenly passed in a car accident. I live in a 3 bedroom apartment with my 2 daughters. We have two bathrooms. Im renting out one large room. This includes utilities and wifi. I would prefer if you had a mini fridge or something so our fridge doesn't get congested as my fridge is always full since my daughters are homeschooled. I will only accept a woman, its ok if its two women or a woman and a child as the room is very large and private. Every extra person past one i will charge $200 extra because utilities get high here and its $800 for the large room for one lady. I have 1 large protective dog and a medium dog as well. Two cats that will be in my room , so please this isnt for someone who doesnt like pets. They are walked and clean. I Prefer a fellow Christian woman and no smoking allowed only */20 friendly. Thank you so much. The second room is a small room with a closet and a shared bathroom. I also recommend a mini fridge so we dont congest the one fridge we have this small room is only for one person and its at $500
