Looking for a quiet, responsible female to share my home with. The space includes a private entrance leading into a screened-in porch overlooking the pond. Included in the space is a living room, bedroom, office and bathroom which comes fully furnished, and will not accommodate anymore furniture. The house has been partitioned off so it has an apartment-like atmosphere to it. The kitchen and laundry areas are shared spaces. Off street parking is available as well. All utilities are included.
You must be at least 35 years old and pass a background check. This is an age generation community, therefore, no children are allowed to reside here. No couples or heavy drinkers will be considered. Smoking is allowed outside only.
The community offers a clubhouse with two pools, a gym, pool hall, ceramics room and woodworking shop. There are many activities that take place here as well.
The surrounding area has plenty of shopping and restaurants, and is close to The Villages. The $250 deposit is non-refundable.
