You’d have your choice between two rooms, a smaller room painted white, or a slightly larger room painted purple with a chalk wall with no door on the closet (took if off because of weird placement but can put it back on), you’re free to paint, hang curtains, or decorate anyway you’d like, paint your gorgeous art on the walls for all i care. you’d have your own bathroom, it’s not attached to the room and is considered guest bathroom, but i won’t use it as the only other person living there. House is 1400square foot, large mostly fenced in back yard, large living room, large screened in back porch if you’d like to smoke. 4/20 friendly in house but no smoking tobacco in house. I have two cats and a small dog. House is lgbtq friendly as i’m a single 32 year old queer woman. I’m clean, quiet, and don’t throw parties at my house.
