About the Home:

The bedroom is approximately 11x10 with a good-sized closet and comes furnished, although I'm open to renting it unfurnished if preferred. Private bathroom.

The home has a spacious shared living room, dining area, kitchen, washer/dryer, large screened-in back porch, and fenced backyard. It's located in a quiet area about 10–15 minutes from town, offering a nice balance of privacy and convenience.

About Me & the Household:

I'm a working professional in my 20s who owns and lives in the home. I work a regular daytime schedule and would ideally like to find someone with a similar routine.

I have two dogs and two guinea pigs, so being an animal lover is a big plus! My dogs stay in their designated room while I'm at work, but they're out and about when I'm home.

I'm pretty easygoing and enjoy keeping a clean, organized home. I like being social and going out, but I also enjoy relaxing at home and having my own space. I occasionally have friends over for get-togethers, mainly around holidays, but overall I enjoy a laid-back home environment.

Who I'm Looking For:

I'm hoping to find someone who's friendly, clean, responsible, considerate, and easy to get along with. Someone who respects shared spaces and has a similar lifestyle would be a great fit!

I'm open to an additional pet (no cats), depending on compatibility with the animals already living here.
