Bedroom off the familyroom

Hey! I have lived in the same house for 27 years here in Clermont. I've watched it go go from hardly anything to what it has today.
Your room is a nice 10×13 area right off the open familyroom, kitchen & diningroom. I have put a Roku TV in your room. Your bathroom which is off the familyroom is also used as the pool bathroom. You can watch TV in the familyroom by yourself if you want. I pretty much stay in the front of the house. The laundry room is right off the kitchen. My home is in a subdivision that is conveniently located. Walgreens is at the entrance. There is a Circle K & Publix Plaza across the street. The UPS store is in the plaza. There is also a Starbucks across the street. Walmart is only 5 minutes up Hwy 27. When leaving the subdivision, if you continue straight you will be on Hartwood Marsh Rd. Take that a 1/4 of a mile & turn left onto Hancock & it takes you to Hwy 50.
If you like nature, Lake Louisa State Park is 5 minutes down 27.
