Room with Own Bath in a House in Clermont

current state of living room while i am unpacking my moving container

just moved into this house, still unpacking.

i am a 44 year old male - i don't have a wife, kids or pets - and i will be renting space out to just one tenant even though its a 4 bed / 4 bath house, but i want to present to the neighbors an appearance of a functional household rather than a crackhouse, which is why i am limiting the number of tenants to one. no cats, dogs or couples. i might be able to accommodate a single parent by freeing up a 2nd room but one adult and one car maximum.

you will get one parking spot in the driveway. furthermore there are two dining rooms and i am planning on adding a second full size refrigerator in the kitchen. i have been running two fridges like that back in NJ already for the past 7 years.

this is a gated community with private security so if you're a crackhead don't bother applying LOL
