Room with Own Bath in a House in Clermont

just moved into this house, still unpacking.

i am a 44 year old male - i don't have a wife, kids or pets - and i will be renting one room out.

i am also reserving two rooms for my mother when she comes on her vacations from the North, but she won't be living here until she retires.

even when my mother is here everyone will still have their own bathroom and shower - no sharing.

you will also get to park in the driveway and even have your own dining room hehe ... well the house has two dining rooms for some reason ( one in the front and one in the back ) ... and since i am on a diet i actually prefer it that way.

photo is of the living room. i am currently using your room for storage so couldn't take any useful pics there. frankly i am using the living room for storage right now as well, but don't worry i can move the stuff to a different room.

which brings me to the last point - the room can be either furnished or unfurnished - i can move stuff around to have it either way. but the room has two small windows with decent view ( 2nd floor ) and the bathroom is right next to it.
