Me and my husband are looking for a nice easy going person to rent a room. You will have to share a bathroom. We live on 20 acers of land so if you like to hunt then you will be able to. We live 3 miles away from our neighbors and in order to get to the house you will need to take a dirt road to do so. You will see all kinds of wild life out here. The utilities are with the rent
