Furnished Room in the heart of Clermont, Florida

I have a furnished room for rent (I can move the furniture out if needed). I live in the heart of Clermont, Florida in the Palisades neighborhood which has recently been voted one of the best neighborhoods to live in in Clermont.

I'm less than 3 mi from the Turnpike.

My neighborhood runs alongside Lake Minneola. There are gorgeous views.

I am about a half mile from walking and biking trails. Downtown Clermont and Waterfront Park (mini-beach) is less than 3 miles from my home.

One of the many amenities is that my neighborhood allows for private lake access, though if you have a boat or jetski, you would be required to park that off property.

There is a community pool, tennis and pickleball courts as well as a clubhouse to rent for various activities.

I am a professional that works from home. I am very active with church and ministry.

If you're interested in any Disney parks, I am about 40 minutes from any parks depending on traffic.
