Me, 40f non smoker, non drinker, clean, no inside pets. Just 2 horses. Quite. Technically, not really living there at the moment. But I do stop by often to check on things and I keep my horses there at times. So basically you have the whole house to yourself minus one bedroom I have my stuff in.

Ideal for someone that likes to garden and homestead…

Must be able to pass a background check, no evictions, deposit required. $25 application fee required for background check, will credit it back to you for 1st months rent.
