This is my home, I live here full-time, and you would be the only other person living here. I am not filling the other bedrooms with renters or running a revolving door of roommates.

The house is 3,100 square feet, four bedrooms and three bathrooms, with a split floor plan. My bedroom is on one side of the house and yours is on the other. In other words, you can snore, talk to yourself, or sing as loud as you want. Your side of the house is yours.

The bedroom is 12 by 15 and is the second largest bedroom in the house. You will have a private bathroom, your own closet, and a linen closet. It is currently furnished with a newer queen hybrid mattress and newer furniture. If you would rather bring your own, no problem. I am happy to empty the room and rent it unfurnished.

Your bathroom is currently being renovated. Everything works, it just isn't winning any beauty contests yet.

Outside of the bedroom, you get your own refrigerator, your own pantry space, and a dedicated off-street parking pad in front of the house. You also have full use of the common areas: the kitchen, the living room, the laundry room, and the home gym. If you like to cook, I like to do dishes.

I'm also completely open to rearranging the dining area so you can make it your own. It is 15 by 14, about 210 square feet, which is bigger than most bedrooms. Whether that becomes a second living room or a lounge is up to you. Basically, I'm renting you a room, not sentencing you to live in it.

But wait, there's more. If you still need more space, a second bedroom is available for an additional cost. It is 12 by 11, unfurnished, with the second largest closet in the house. What happens in your bonus room stays in your bonus room.

A little about me. I work daytime hours and keep the house calm and clean. I'm happy to be friendly or just the guy who waves to you in the kitchen. Either one works, I've lived with both. I generally live my life in a way that keeps Netflix uninterested in buying the rights to my story. I'm a Tampa native, pretty laid-back, extremely handy, and I don't take myself too seriously. I work out mostly because I really like snacks. I can be equally a homebody or someone heading out with some friends for a new adventure. My sense of humor tends to run somewhere between inappropriate and Deadpool. I drink socially and I'd take wine over beer every time, unless it's a craft brew with a fun new flavor. I have the diet of a toddler. Exhibit A: if it has Key Lime in the name, there is a 99.9% chance I will eat or drink it.
