My wife and I are looking for a responsible, respectful woman to rent a spare room in our townhome in Valrico. I work as a deputy with the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office, and my wife is a full‑time student at HCC. With her in school full‑time, we’re hoping to find someone who fits well with our family routine.
