Professional Co-Living Home Near USF

ROOM FOR RENT! Furnished co-living property has been appointed with Grad students or single professionals in mind. This property is NOT a padsplit. This is a home where the residents have space to hangout, watch TV, cook meals. The current occupants are all males under 30 years old professionals. Guests are allowed up to 72 hours per month. Negotiable so long as it doesn't cause a problem.

Internet: Mesh internet system throughout property.

Utilities: Included

Cleanings: Professional periodic cleanings twice a month. The common areas for the 4 bedrooms are as follows:

Kitchen: Large fully furnished Kitchen with food prep island, 2 FULL size refrigerators (1 with craft ice maker and filtered water), dishwasher, electric range, espresso machine, single serve coffee maker, dual air fryer, and misc small appliances.

Living Room: Plenty of seating, 50" TV and well appointed furnishings and decor.

Dining Room: Seating for 6. Sliding glass door leads out to private backyard with firepit. Shared printer is located in dining room.

Laundry room: Large utility room is outfitted with TWO Washer and Dryer units. These unites are shared with roommates and a separate short term rental studio.

Bathrooms: Tenant in Room #4 will have shared access to full upstairs bathroom and first floor half bathroom.

Outdoor Space: Fenced Backyard with Firepit. Grills are owned by other roommates. Tenants should ask before using.

Room 4 - located upstairs with 140 sqft. Private bedroom with wood flooring and a full size closet. Comes furnished with queen size bed, desk and chair. This occupant will share the upstairs hall bathroom with occupants in bedrooms 2 and 3. You may also bring in your own furniture.

Short Term Rental Studio: Residents in the main house are able to rent the attached studio for visiting friends and family.
