Hi everyone!
Our current roommate is moving out of state, so I'm looking for someone to take her spot from September 22nd (Or a bit earlier). The apt is in Brandon really close to Top Golf & The Selmon. It is a 2 bed 2 bath, so you’ll have your own room, private bathroom and walk in closet.

Rent is $1,300/month.
The apartment is really quiet & peaceful, gated community:
* Rent includes valet trash, WiFi & water
* In unit washer/dryer
* 4th floor unit, so no loud upstairs neighbors
* Smart apartment with light, thermostat & door controls through app
* Apt has a dog park, car wash station, nice pool, and a really good maintenance gym with most all the equipment you need
* Food trucks come by every month
* Publix & Wawa about 6-7 min away

A little about us:
We have 1 dog and 1 cat but they mostly stay in our area of the apartment. Im 27 and my boyfriend is 30, we’re pretty chill & mostly keep to ourselves but very friendly, respectful & clean. We also both have hybrid jobs where we WFM 2 days a week.
