Seeking female roommate for private master bd/ba!

hi lovelies! my name is amanda, i’m 31, and looking for a new female roommate (ideally aged 25-35) to take over the private master bed + bath in my 2x2 apartment in BRANDON starting at the end of august (or september bc that’s when the lease renews but the sooner the better lolll!). the apartment is partially furnished but the room will not be so you can bring your own furniture!

we’ll be sharing the kitchen/dining spaces, living room, laundry area, and outside patio. your half of the base rent will be $1002/mo (but after electric & community fees your monthly total will prob be $1100—1200sh which does include water + wifi!) our complex has flex pay too so we can the split rent into two payments for extra convenience!

the apartment is in a quiet neighborhood and has many nice amenities like a resort-style pool, huge gym, clubhouse etc. right off of adamo dr and the selmon expressway so we’re only about 12–15ish minutes from ybor.

a lil’ about me:
✨ i work full time but bc of my industry my schedule is inconsistent lol sometimes i work 7a-3p or 12p-8p, it alternates every week!
✨ i love to shop so expect packages at the door often lmfaooo but rent and bills always come first bc priorities and sponserbileries
✨ i host game nights, get togethers and girls nights every now and then! plus i’ll occasionally have an overnight guest. you’re welcome to do the same of course as long as we communicate beforehand and everyone is respectful!
✨ i’m looking for someone with progressive values who wants to be friends too & not just strangers who share a lease 🥴

some important things to note:

🐰🐱 i have a free roaming, litter box trained rabbit AND kitty named lola + gin (and they’re my babiesss) so unfortunately no dogs and definitely no one that doesn’t like animals!!
🚫 also no kids or couples thank uuuu!!!
🚭 idc if you smoke cigarettes but NOT inside! also this is a 420 friendly household and not the best space for you if you’re sensitive to that
✨ MUST 10000000% be responsible, clean, considerate, and again comfortable with me having guests or hosting events sometimes!!
🤍 i want our home to be a space where we both genuinely enjoy living so pleaseeeee no drama or weird passive aggressive behavior! come with the ability to communicate like an ADULT!!
💐 started redecorating for cozy aesthetics & will continue once my current roommate is out so the common spaces may not look exactly as pictured BUT i’d love to redesign together since this would be your place just as much as it’d be mine! i have a pinterest board too for inspo!
