Super Nice Room W/ Big Amenities - All Inclusive

This is a small, but functional room, only 8' x 12'. It has little room for more than a few clothes and possessions. It would be ideal for a business traveler or someone in Tampa for only a short time, but we will consider all others.

This open-ended, monthly rental can be as long as our mutual compatibility allows. There is a simple rental agreement. A $300 security deposit is due at move-in and will be refunded the moment you leave as long as your room is damage-free and cleaned.

Our custom-built room features a twin memory foam mattress with cotton sheets, quilts, and comfortable pillows. There are several shelves for your devices and possessions on the built-in headboard, a USB charger, and electric outlets. At the foot of the bed, there is a flat-screen television. Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc., are house-paid subscriptions.

Rent is all-inclusive. Utilities (electricity and water), a full-sized refrigerator located in the garage, a smaller refrigerator and microwave upstairs near your room, kitchen privileges, washer/dryer, Verizon Fios 500/500 Mbps fiber-optic Wi-Fi, off-street parking, and use of the pool are included with your rent.

Our neighborhood is safe, quiet, and friendly, conducive to biking, walking, and jogging. It runs parallel with the Hillsborough River, located across the street. It's within walking distance of USF. Our home has motion-detection outdoor cameras, lights, and keyless entry for your safety.

DRAMA, DRUGS, FIREARMS, OR EXCESSIVE DRINKING are not permissible.

Our applicant must have a full-time, 9 to 5-ish, M-F job. We do not rent to applicants who work remotely. Our applicant must also have a car with a valid registration and insurance.

We do not accept pets.

We have two dogs. Lucy is an Australian Shepherd and Benny is a St. Bernard/Collie mix. Our tenant needs only be dog-tolerant. They are quite friendly but are not allowed in the upstairs living quarters. They live in our space downstairs in the back of the house.
