My husband and I are currently in the process of trying to find another home. We share a duplex with my father in law and are looking to rent out our room, the rent is 1896 with water included. Lights and gas are separate. My father in law is a disabled veteran who mainly stays in his room with no pets. The furniture you will need is things for your bedroom as we will leave most of our house items like kitchen and living room(couches, table, and side table) with you all. If a couple, he would like to spilt the rent three ways so that is 1264 a month with the lights and gas split 3 ways.
