55-year-old work from home professional female seeking a female roommate to share a spacious First Floor 1,200 sq. ft. 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo in River Oaks Condominiums on Puritan Road.

I'm looking for someone who is:

Non-smoker (no nicotine or marijuana)
Clean, respectful, and reliable
Financially stable (income verification required)
An animal lover!

I share my home with 3 docile indoor senior cats and a 1 year old kitten, and a friendly 6-year-old Golden Retriever, so you must genuinely enjoy living with pets.

I'm currently in the process of updating both bathrooms over the next six months and adding a washer/dryer to the unit, so the home will continue to improve.

Rent: $1,000 a month Includes utilities and high-speed internet. The condo also features a small screened patio and 2 community pools. Initial 6-month lease to ensure we're a good fit, with the opportunity to continue afterward. Security Deposit Required but amount may be negotiable for the right person.
