PRICING
$250 per week, or $950 per month. Wi-Fi, electricity, and water included. 1 week security deposit ($250).

Off-street parking. Washer/dryer hookups. Large yard.

HOUSE RULES
No smoking. No pets. One person per room - no additional occupants.

Great alternative to hotels or Airbnb at weekly rates. Minimum 1 week stay, flexible beyond that (weekly, monthly, long-term).
