Looking for a down-to-earth, gay-friendly roommate to share my home in the Town 'n' Country area of Tampa! The room is furnished with a queen bed, desk, TV, and dresser—just bring yourself and your essentials!

✅ Someone who works outside the home
✅ Drama-free, responsible, and tidy (shared bathroom, so cleanliness is a must!)
✅ No visitors or overnight guests
✅ Must pass a background check & provide references
✅ Must love dogs – I have a sweet 10-lb pup (sorry, no additional pets)
✅ Own transportation required (laundry is off-site, about ¾ mile away)
✅ Shared cleaning responsibilities – keeping common areas neat and clean is a must!
💰 Move-in Costs: $800 (first month’s rent), + $350 (security deposit/damage deposit) = ($1150 total to move in). There is a $50 application fee that includes a criminal background check and credit check. If you qualify - the $50 fee will be credited to your first month’s rent.
