Hello, I’m looking for a roommate to share my 2/2 condo. You will have a private room, bathroom and access to the kitchen, balcony, gym, pool and free parking.
I’m a professional mostly working during daytime hours so no loud noise on weekday nights. I’m laidback, communicative, direct and enjoy my privacy.
Looking for a male or female roommate but willing to consider a couple or someone with 1 pet at additional cost. I want a roommate that is calm, clean, respectful, stays to themselves and brings NO drama to my home. Rent $950 & $300 deposit for single person / Rent $1,300 & $300 deposit for couple / Pets-$400 non-refundable fee. Move-in ready now if needed just let me know. Serious inquiries only!
