one room in a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment at Cortland Bayport in Tampa, Town N Country. The move-in date will be between May 1- May 15 2026, but it might be possible for the room to be available a few days earlier.

The apartment includes all major appliances, a microwave, and a washer and dryer in-unit.

The room will preferably be transferred furnished, but it can also be transferred unfurnished if desired.

The lease agreement continues until the end of September 2026, and if desired, it can be extended by contacting the property management. The rent is $990 per month + payment fee, and since the water bill is included, the total monthly cost ranges from $1,060-1100.

The complex has security at the entrance, and the location is central with many supermarkets and restaurants nearby. There are parking spaces available right in front of the apartment.
