About the unit:

Quiet and low key condo complex located just north of USF where Tampa Palms begins, nice oasis in a central area. You'll get your own bedroom and bathroom. Common area with a living room and kitchen, if we don't see one another it feels like living alone. Washer and dryer available at unit with free parking. Internet and utilities will be split, expect to pay $80-100/month for that. If you are ready to move in before 1/1 and it is a fit, no prorated rent will be applied.

About the tenant:

I'm 33, work and study remotely, and have lived here for 5 years now. I tend to go out a decent amount, but not nearly as much as my late 20’s. I’m active in my church and have a mini music studio in my room. Have people over sometimes but not always. Always clean, respectful, communicative, and quiet when needed (and am looking for the same). We don’t need to be best buddies, but as long as we get along and are a good fit, that’s what matters.
