New Tampa home looking for 1 roommate

I just had a roommate move out, and I'm looking for a new one. I'm a 47 yo male medical professional and my roommate is a 39 yo female retail worker. I have a 5 bedroom house, and it's kinda quiet without roommates. We would prefer another female to move in because she feels safer that way with her son coming over occasionally. I have 2 possible rooms, and you'd have your choice. You will have kind of a shared bathroom. It's on the main floor between a possible bedroom and my guest room. Gests will use it when here, but for toiletries and showering, it will be all yours. Large kitchen and other rooms. There's a community pool that you can use, and a back yard (not fenced in).
