I am looking for someone to take over my lease at the Metropolitan Tampa! It is a 1x1 in a 2x2 apartment. The base rent is $1250 and you’d get surface lot parking for $30 a month guaranteed if you chose to. The lease would start December 2026 and end July 2026 with the option to renew.
