my name is Ashley I’m in a student apartment looking for someone to take over my lease since I’m graduating December. I have a one bedroom and one bathroom at halo 46 I’m looking for a replacement immediately it’s a 4x4 and there’s 3 other roommates very sweet and clean and my base rent is 925/ monthly. You get a $10 cap on the water bill and and the electricity is based on the unit usage and it gets split among you and your roommates and since I signed me lease during a special I get $40 off monthly. So I only be paying between $910-950 monthly with everything included like the parking space, renters insurance
