Hi, I’m Myra — 39 years old and giving this app a try to find the right roommate match.
MY WHY:
Because I need help, to save money to get ahead in life and because I have an empty second bedroom so, why not try to rent it out to help others get ahead in life too!

The available space includes your own private bedroom with an attached full bathroom. We’ll share the kitchen and living room, but I’m pretty introverted and usually keep to myself in my room. I also work from home Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM.

Please note that you would have to be on my lease and committed to staying for a full year. The application fee is $85. My rent is currently $1372 so I’d be asking for half that’ll be due on the 1st of every month. Your portion would be $686 and we would split the utility (TECO) bill. My TECO bill averages to be about $200 a month.
