Spacious room for rent in Carrollwood

Hello! We're looking for a new roommate to join us in our spacious 3 bed, 2 bath apartment in the Grande Oasis complex, Carrollwood.

The available room is 13 x 11 ft, unfurnished, with a walk-in closet. You'll be sharing a bathroom with one other roommate. Our common area is fully furnished, and the apartment features a patio and in-unit washer/dryer. The complex pool is just a staircase away, and there are two additional pools and a gym in the complex.

Rent is $760/month, and utilities typically come to about $125 per person. There's no deposit, but we do have a one-time fee of $400 to cover common furniture.

We are looking for someone able to sign the lease renewal with us between end of July/beginning of August!

We are two female professionals working at Moffitt, who value a clean and welcoming environment. We're looking for someone social, responsible, and respectful to join our home.
