💰 Rent
$800/mo + $400 deposit ($1,200 move‑in).
2‑month minimum plus a 30‑day notice for deposit return.

🧼 House Vibe
Three rental rooms in back wing; my master in opposite wing.
One current roommate (65, str and a good guy, been here 2.5 yrs).
One person per room; everyone keeps their space clean and organized.
Shared bathroom cleaned on rotation.
Limited guests/overnights.
Prefer full to part‑time work outside the home; limited WFH.
No smoking, drugs, or heavy drinking. We have a good time but within limits.
