We have a well-maintained whole-home half-micron water filter system since Tampa public water is so substandard.

We require a $500 refundable security deposit plus both first and last month rents pre-paid so the move-in cash required without proration could be as high as $2500. Pay with virtually any credit card or online methods, PayPal, Venmo, Google Cash, Zelle, etc.
