Looking for a chill, clean and respectful roomie!

Hey, my name is Savanna and I have been living here in Camden Bay for about 3 years now and I love it. I have been working from home since Covid and only recently became somewhat hybrid going into the office twice a month, but for the most part you would never know I was here. Some of my hobbies include gaming (Escape Room puzzles are my fav!), listening to music, and watching movies/docs. I really don’t care what you do as long as you’re clean and respectful of my personal property. I don’t mind visitors as long as you give a heads up.

This place was just remodeled before I moved here almost 2 years ago, so you would have a nice canvas to work with (room would be unfurnished). Lots of windows and sun coming through. You will also have your own bathroom. There is also a washer/dryer in the unit. The area for the most part is pretty quiet and the neighbors are polite and clean. Your part of the rent is about $1,100 a month. Usually a little less than that. It includes trash, internet and parking. TECO/Electric bill is roughly $150-$200 depending on the season (we would split that). I just renewed Rental Insurance for the year and it came out to $155, so I would need half of that as well. Looking for someone to move in ASAP. The lease is up for renewal 7/28/24 and I would like to possibly renew.

Non-smoking community. I don’t have any pets, but in case you do: Pet fee: Up to 3 pets per apartment home with no weight restrictions
. $400 per pet (non-refundable)
 Pet Rent: $25 per month per pet. That has to be paid before move in. You don’t have to worry about a security deposit because of being grandfathered in.

Must be able to pass a background check ($80, including application fee) with the establishment and you will be put on the lease as well.

What makes this area so great: TPA airport is just 7-10 minutes away, there are several shopping centers within walking distance (Silvermill, Beacon, etc.) and International Plaza mall is just 15 minutes away.
