I am pretty easygoing and very trustworthy and respect others' privacy. I spend most of my day in my office or in the living room relaxing. I enjoy music, movies, comedies, BBQing on my Traeger, trying new recipes, and enjoying life. My neighborhood is quiet and friendly.

I am looking for a mature working professional 40 to 65 friendly, easy-going, responsible, stable, dependable, trustworthy, and neat. Traveling nurses are welcomed but no unemployed, retired, fixed-income, kiddos, or couples. No work from home, please.

The home is security-monitored comfortable, neat, and relaxing. Rent is $875 monthly $300 deposit (fully refundable if the property is left in the same condition it is received) including water, internet, electricity, sewage, and garbage. The room will be available as of 8/1/23. Rent is due on the 1st of each month – no exceptions. $1175 moves you in. Lease for 6 -12 months.

An employment and background check will be performed (no application fee but background and employment verification fees apply). A recent pay stub, driver's license, and proof of employment are required. Because of my profession, if you have past or current arrests related to drugs, theft, domestic abuse, or felony, you need not apply. You must be gainfully employed with a high probability of continued employment. No operating business in this private residence dwelling.

The bedroom has a new full-size bed with a new mattress, new TV with integrated internet access, Netflix, Hulu, Prime, and internet programming available - no cable. The bathroom is detached and shared with visitors only, otherwise, the bathroom is private.

Driveway parking only. No street parking is allowed, and no garage parking or storage is available.

Smoking is permitted on the patio or anywhere outside of the home. No indoor use of any illegal substances (420-friendly off-premises). Alcohol consumption is fine, but abuse of such is prohibited.

No pets, please. Occasionally, not often, I pet sit, otherwise, this is a pet-free home.

For everyone's comfort overnight guests are not permitted, please. Visitors and small social gatherings are fine with advance notice.

It is expected you will treat my home with care as you would your own. Maid service is not included or provided so you will be expected to clean and pick up after yourself.

You are welcome to use kitchen appliances and utensils. If you wish to take your meals to work, please provide your own takeaway containers. You are expected to provide your own food/meals and personal items including toiletries.

The subdivision is gated with a clubhouse that includes a swimming pool, entertaining space, and a gym with showers and lockers. A deposit for the clubhouse fob and gate pass will be required but refunded when returned.
