THE SPACE & PERKS
Furnished 141 sq. ft. bedroom with a comfortable king bed available in a gated home on 2 wooded acres with direct backyard access to the Alafia River. The bedroom opens onto a shared deck and sits on the opposite side of the house from the owner for great privacy. You will have exclusive use of a first-floor full bathroom, plus full access to a screened pool, kitchen, and in-home laundry. There's river access out back if you feel like fishing or sitting by the water.

LOCATION & CONVENIENCE
The house is tucked pretty far back into the neighborhood, so it stays quiet and peaceful, but groceries, shopping, and EōS Fitness are all about five minutes down the road. There are plenty of great spots five minutes away for food and drinks, like Tiki Docks and the Beer Shed right on the river. Apollo Beach is about 25 minutes away if you want to head to the water, and the Hard Rock Casino is about 30 minutes north if you're a degenerate like me.

WHO LIVES HERE
You'll be sharing the home with the owner (M, 30s), a Bay Area transplant who works from home in tech, usually with his friendly Jindo dog nearby. There are two other low-key housemates. We are a friendly, clean, and quiet household. We keep things highly organized and use Discord for easy HouseOps and casual chatting.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a clean, stable, and respectful professional or student who values their personal space but enjoys a friendly household dynamic. You should be someone who keeps shared areas tidy, respects quiet hours, and communicates clearly. Absolutely no smoking is permitted on the property.

RENT & LEASE TERMS
$900 Flat Rate. This covers all utilities, high-speed internet, trash, lawn/pool service, and a monthly professional cleaning service. A six-month lease is preferred (shorter terms may be considered), transitioning to month-to-month after. Renter's insurance is required.
