I have a spare bedroom that is partially furnished for rent. You will need a dresser. Perfect for a student, but not necessary. I am friendly and enjoy adult lavations. Free WiFi, bathroom is shared. Washer/Dryer use and of course small meals in the kitchen. Occasionally I like to cook a big meal on the weekend. I work Mon-Friday until 4 PM, and I do like some peace and quiet on some hectic days. I have a small 7 lb yorkie that is about to be 13, she is laid back. Electric is split 50/50, water as well.
My property is still coming back from the hurricanes; this is a slow process and it's getting done, slowly. Will discuss any topic and come up with a common solution. You must be employed or show at least 2 months of income. You will have a key (you choose style & type) for your room.
