Private room available in a comfortable, well-kept home with your own private bathroom. This is a great option for travel professionals, nurses, contract workers, students, or anyone needing comfortable short-term housing without committing to a long lease.

The home has shared access to a spacious living room with an 85-inch TV and indoor fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and an additional downstairs bathroom. Common areas may be shared with me and/or another roommate.

You’ll also have access to an in-home washer and dryer, and utilities and Wi-Fi are included in the rental price, making your stay simple and predictable without having to set up separate services.

I’m looking for someone who is clean, responsible, respectful, and considerate of shared spaces. The goal is to maintain a peaceful, comfortable home where everyone can enjoy their privacy while being respectful of the common areas.
