Room available in a 5 bd 3 ba home. Separate entrance to the bedroom with a private full bathroom. Room is fully furnished with a queen bed, dresser, couch and kitchenette set up with private fridge, microwave and flooring is tile with an AC unit in room. Access to common areas: kitchen, living room and patio/yard. Washer/Dryer on site. Current roommates are 2 males and 1 female is our early 60's. We are not a party house but have friend over at times for gatherings. Not neat freaks but expect common courtesy with noise and keeping shared space neat. Cats allowed and property is non smoking indoors
