3 bedrooms available- private home on 1.3 acres.

I am home about 1/2 of the time & spend the rest of the month in Palmetto with my boyfriend.

I have a master suite with a private living room & bathroom on the opposite side of the house. I really only come out to use the kitchen when I am home.

I do have a large, very friendly neutered male dog that gets along well with all animals with the exception of large unaltered male dogs.

I also have 2 kittens that will eventually be outside cats.

I will consider any pet situation, provided animals are well behaved and can co-exist with mine. My dog goes with me when I go out of town to visit my boyfriend.

I didn’t really know how to properly list this, but ideally I would prefer to rent out all 1-3 bedrooms to one person, couple or small family. If you want 1 furnished room, it’s $800 per month with all utilities included. The other large room can be a bedroom or office. The 3rd small room is furnished and good for a child or teen. If you want all 3 available rooms- I will give a great deal, and am open to negotiations.

This would be a temporary rental- up to 8 months.

Private bathroom and open living room/kitchen. I do not use the main living room.

Pool table & dartboard in main area.

1 garage parking space included.

Large yard with options for gardening.

I am reasonably easy to get along with. I love to cook & I like a reasonably clean home. Beyond that- I am pretty flexible.
